Learning Outcomes and key takeaways:
* New course is coming up in spring 2025. Enrolment will start in September 2024.
Module 1
In this module, we explored how Impact Investors express their worldview and articulate how they plan for system change via a Theory of Change (ToC). Moreover, we explored the roots of the logic model and its importance in impact investing. We discussed the intricacies of ToC design and interpretation, and how it informs investment decision-making. We delved into the golden thread that runs between the logic of the ToC and the formation of investment thesis, and onward into how to weave it into an investment strategy. Participants learned how to extract and build on the essential information it provides, whether its for constructing/improving their own ToC or interpreting one they receive from a potential investee.
