How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

Every attendee of this conference will be curated before confirming their participation. It may take a couple of days before receiving a confirmation or an enquiry email for more information. Please check your spam/junk email folders, as your security features may block our automated emails. When confirmed, every participant will receive an email with the following subject: Registration Confirmed I Impact Summit America 2024.

- All the cancellation requests received before Wednesday 2nd October 2024 by Phenix Capital Group, for Impact Summit America 2024, are eligible for a full refund of the fee, excluding the administrative charges. All cancellations requests received on or after Wednesday 2nd October 2024 are non-refundable. All cancellations shall incur a deduction of €90 (excluding VAT) administrative charges. Please note that your registration confirmation is not transferable. You may suggest a colleague from your organisation participate in your absence via tomalker@phenixcapitalgroup.com. Each participant will need to go through our approval process.

How does InvestorConnect work?

A series of pre-arranged 15-minute fast-paced meetings are scheduled by our team for the asset owners with impact fund managers based on their preferences indicated via the investor survey. These meetings will be scheduled during 2 InvestorConnect sessions of 1 hour taking place during the program.

What kind of sustainable/impact strategies will be presented during the InvestorConnect sessions?

Each sustainable/impact strategy is selected with the following criteria: institutional quality, intended generated impact, targeting market-rate returns. The selection covers various markets, asset classes, impact themes and SDGs.

I am an asset owner/investor; where do I select the fund managers I would like to meet with?

Registered asset owners will receive a booklet with information about all presented strategies and an investor survey ahead of the conference, where they can select the fund managers they would like to meet. Our team will schedule the meetings for the asset owners over the 2 InvestorConnect sessions taking place on the conference day.
The investor survey will be distributed to the registered asset owners through by email 3 weeks prior to the conference.

I have not managed to select Fund Managers to meet with prior to the deadline in the survey email, can I still meet with them on the day?

Since these are fast-paced meetings taking place within a busy schedule for the day, it is preferred for the survey to be completed before the stipulated deadline. If this is not possible, there will be a dedicated desk with a team that can help schedule meetings for investors on the day of the event.

Payment by credit card only. Please pull up to the front entrance at 50 Vanderbilt.

The costs for parking on site are $38 per vehicle, per 10-hour period and $45 per vehicle, per 24-hour period. Please visit the front desk to have your ticket validated prior to picking up your vehicle. Parking located at 200 Park Avenue (MetLife building).

New York City is very busy, especially during October. Therefore, we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.

As the venue is well connected by subway, it is very reasonable to also look for accommodation less centrally located.
Phenix Capital Group's team will have a couple of accommodation options to suggest.
