2026 IMPACT THEMES
From Intent to Allocation: Embedding Impact Across the Portfolio
How are institutional investors moving from impact ambitions to actual portfolio allocation, through mandate design, manager selection, governance and innovative investment structures?
Climate Resilience as a Security Question: What Does It Mean for Portfolio Construction?
EU resilience: In the last few years we have experienced significant climate related crisis. Climate transition is now a matter of national security and resilience. How are investors approaching this within their portfolios?
The Liquidity Question: Does Easier Exit Strengthen Long-Term Impact Intentions, or Quietly Hollow Them Out?
The secondaries market is booming, LP stakes are changing owners, and GP-led continuation vehicles are carrying companies into new funds with new investor bases. As ownership evolves, how can impact mandates preserve long- term impact intentions?
Drought, Land, and Long-Term Value: What Role Does Nature Play In The Physical Risk Picture?
Recent European summers have brought water constraints to agriculture, energy, logistics and industry. This discussion explores how investors are connecting ecosystem conditions to asset-level exposures, and where the useful data is coming from.

Investor Panel | The Allocation Gap: is compliance crowding out innovation?
New approaches can't build a track record until capital has been committed. Yet regulations and mandate design keep pulling capital toward what is already proven, and managers increasingly design toward what they expect will be approved. New structures are emerging to fit within existing constraints. Is that a conflict between conservative and innovative approaches? What do LPs and GPs prefer?
