2026 IMPACT THEMES

From Intent to Allocation: Embedding Impact Across the Portfolio

How are institutional investors moving from impact ambitions to actual portfolio allocation, through mandate design, manager selection, governance and innovative investment structures?

Climate Resilience as a Security Question: What Does It Mean for Portfolio Construction?

EU resilience: In the last few years we have experienced significant climate related crisis. Climate transition is now a matter of national security and resilience. How are investors approaching this within their portfolios?

The Liquidity Question: Does Easier Exit Strengthen Long-Term Impact Intentions, or Quietly Hollow Them Out?

The secondaries market is booming, LP stakes are changing owners, and GP-led continuation vehicles are carrying companies into new funds with new investor bases. As ownership evolves, how can impact mandates preserve long- term impact intentions?

Drought, Land, and Long-Term Value: What Role Does Nature Play In The Physical Risk Picture?

Recent European summers have brought water constraints to agriculture, energy, logistics and industry. This discussion explores how investors are connecting ecosystem conditions to asset-level exposures, and where the useful data is coming from.

AGENDA 2026 (Preliminary)

This agenda is regularly updated and subject to change.

09:30 – 10:00

Registration

10:00 - 10:10

Welcome Word

Delivered by Phenix Capital Group
10:10 - 10:25

Keynote | When Infrastructure Become Uninsurable

An asset owner perspective on how escalating climate risks and changing insurance conditions are shaping infrastructure investment, risk assessment and long-term portfolio decisions.
10:25 – 11:10

Investor Panel | The Allocation Gap: is compliance crowding out innovation?

New approaches can't build a track record until capital has been committed. Yet regulations and mandate design keep pulling capital toward what is already proven, and managers increasingly design toward what they expect will be approved. New structures are emerging to fit within existing constraints. Is that a conflict between conservative and innovative approaches? What do LPs and GPs prefer?

11:10 – 11:25

Logistic Break

11:25 – 12:30

InvestorConnect Session

Pre-scheduled meetings required (Asset owners & Fund managers only)

This dynamic session, a unique feature of the Summit, is designed to give asset owners an efficient way to explore a curated selection of pre-screened, institutional-quality impact strategies. The sessions offer the opportunity to gain insights into the current market while also connecting with fellow asset owners and impact practitioners along the way.

Through a series of 15-minute speed meetings, participants can learn how these curated strategies aim to generate impact and ask relevant questions within an informal setting.

12:30 – 13:30

Lunch (Optional Museum Walk-Through)

13:30 – 14:30

Workshop | Lifesciences and Healthcare Impact Framework (LIFe)

The Lifesciences and Healthcare Impact Framework (LIFe) is a Dutch impact-measurement standard for investing in health and care, launched in November 2025 by a coalition of Invest-NL, PGGM, Achmea IM, VGZ's Voorop in Zorg fund, and CbusineZ. It responds to the fact that no widely accepted way of measuring impact in healthcare existed, while the sector faces mounting pressure from ageing populations, staff shortages, and rising costs. Promising innovations struggle to get funding because a common understanding of how to assess impact and how impact looks in healthcare is still missing.
14:30 - 14:50

Networking Coffee Break

14:50 - 15:35

Panel Discussion | EU Climate Resilience as a Security Question

In the last few years, we have experienced a significant climate-related crisis. Climate transition is now a matter of national security and resilience. Climate, water, energy and supply chain are increasingly discussed in terms of security and competitiveness alongside sustainability. How are investors approaching this within their portfolios?
15:35–15:55

Fireside chat | From Intentionality to Activation: What gets negotiated into the mandate?

An investor case study exploring how impact objectives are translated into an investment mandate, from initial intentions through to concrete requirements, expectations and implementation.
15:55 - 16:25

Expert Circles Table Discussions

Each table will be led by expert asset allocators and will focus on one of the thematic areas outlined below. Discussions will last 30 minutes, and participants will have the opportunity to sign up for their preferred theme. This format is designed to foster in-depth dialogue and the exchange of diverse perspectives among participants.

Discussion themes:

1. Roll or cash out: What happens to impact mandates when ownership changes?

2. Energy efficiency and flexibility: Is the transition becoming a victim of its own success?

3. Drought, land and long-term value: What role does nature play in the physical risk picture?

16:25 - 16:30

Closing Remarks

Delivered by Phenix Capital Group
16:30 – 17:30

Closing Drinks & Networking

All participants are warmly invited to join us for an informal drink and bite, and to continue the conversations.
