This masterclass aims to equip participants with the skills to translate clearly defined objectives from a Theory of Change (ToC) into actionable targets for implementation and portfolio construction. Participants will dive into the process of developing, refining, and operationalizing a ToC specifically for investment purposes.

We will cover the measurement of change and the establishment of a robust system of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess impact goals in investments. For the final exercise on impact fund selection and portfolio design, participants will use Phenix Impact Fund Database - an exclusive in-house sourcing tool designed for professional investors - to complete a mock-up portfolio.
